  • Alibaba Cloud ESA (Edge Security Acceleration) CDN / Edge — our content delivery and security provider, which may automatically log technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited.   • Alibaba Cloud OSS (Object Storage Service) Asset Storage — serves static media files (images, videos) displayed on the Site. OSS may log access requests including IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard access logging.
  • Communications you initiate — if you contact us via the WhatsApp link or email address on the Site, you voluntarily provide your contact details and message content. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR — EEA / UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing personal data are:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing of technical/log data by Alibaba Cloud for website security and performance.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where you voluntarily initiate contact with us, you consent to us processing your contact details to respond.
  • Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — where processing is required to take pre-contractual steps at your request (e.g., responding to a business enquiry).

4. Cookies

We do not use our own tracking or analytics cookies. Alibaba Cloud ESA may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (e.g., bot detection), which do not require consent under most applicable laws. The WhatsApp link redirects to WhatsApp’s platform — WhatsApp / Meta may set their own cookies when you follow that link.

5. How We Use Your Information

Any personal data we receive (via email or WhatsApp) is used exclusively to respond to your business or product enquiry, and to maintain a record of our correspondence for legitimate business purposes. We do not use personal data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

6. Data Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:

  • Alibaba Cloud (China / international nodes) — as our infrastructure provider for CDN, edge security, and object storage. International data transfers are governed by Alibaba Cloud’s Data Processing Agreement and applicable standard contractual clauses.
  • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) — if you initiate contact via WhatsApp, your communication is handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.

As a Chinese company, personal data you share by email may be stored and processed in the People’s Republic of China, subject to applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

7. Data Retention

Business correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the business relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations — typically no longer than 5 years. Technical log data collected by Alibaba Cloud ESA and OSS is retained according to Alibaba Cloud’s own retention policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

EEA / UK (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
Right to know, right to delete, right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and right to non-discrimination.
China (PIPL)
Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent.
Other jurisdictions
We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable technical measures, including Alibaba Cloud ESA’s DDoS protection and TLS encryption in transit. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
